   Morale du livre: Si vous avez la souplesse de l’esprit Tout en sachant dire non sans froisser l’autre. Et aussi si vous pouvez tolérer la frustration et avoir un avis critique. Vous pouvez avoir une vie positive parce que rien ne vous arrêtera.

    Dans ce livre, il est dit qu’il y a 10 étapes pour une vie positive qui sont:

1- Acceptez votre responsabilité
Accepter ne veut pas dire s’abaisser devant l’autre ou être aussi opprimé. Mais lorsque nous acceptons votre responsabilité, nous reconnaissons en quelque sorte que c’est vous qui l’avez faite et qui vous assumez. Sans perdre votre confiance en vous, sans vous embarrasser. Cela ouvrira la porte aux changements souhaités par tous.

2- La flexibilité de l’esprit
Quand quelqu’un est flexible d’esprit ne veut pas dire qu’il est faible, c’est au contraire une personne qui peut accepter les opinions des autres et qui facilite la communication. Lorsque l’autre estime que les opinions ont une valeur, il se sent respecté. Mais une chose est importante dans la flexibilité, c’est que vous sachiez le dire sans vous justifier ni vous-même et sans nuire à l’autre. La relation avec les autres sera donc au sommet.

3- Accepter la réalité
Accepter la réalité, c’est accepter que ce qui est fait est déjà fait, qu’il ne faut pas se forcer à apporter des corrections à la loi. Dans ces conditions, vous devriez prendre une pause pour avoir la capacité normale de penser à un plan de solution correct.
Mais accepter ne veut pas dire “s’abandonner”, car il n’y a pas moyen de se résigner à une vie positive.

4-Tolérer la frustration
Tolérer la frustration ne signifie pas qu’accepter quelqu’un vous frustre tout le temps. Mais armez-vous de courage pour passer le cap. Par exemple, la phrase d’un auteur est: Je ne l’aime pas, mais je peux la supporter. En particulier, sachez que le début est toujours difficile, vous devez donc l’avaler à cause de votre tolérance à la frustration.

5-Un regard sain sur soi
beaucoup de gens aiment se minimiser parce qu’ils pensent que les autres ont plus de qualités qu’eux. Alors que tout le monde est différent les uns des autres et que tout le monde a besoin de l’autre. Lorsque vous méprisez, vous pouvez commencer à développer une envie qui est très mauvaise. C’est pourquoi il est important de bien se regarder, de s’accepter, de se mettre en valeur, de prendre soin de soi et de s’amuser.

6-Protégez les émotions négatives saines.
Habituellement, lorsque nous traversons des moments difficiles, nous avons l’habitude d’ignorer le côté négatif des choses et de nous concentrer sur le positif. Ce type de comportement nous empêche de tirer toutes les leçons que nos problèmes veulent nous apprendre. Vous devez donc vous concentrer sur l’ensemble du problème et séparer ce qui est bon et ce qui est mauvais, car même les pires choses de la vie peuvent nous apporter de belles leçons pour l’avenir.

7-Avoir l’esprit critique et la créativité
Il y a des gens qui sont en train de taper un récepteur, ils ne reçoivent que ne rien émettre. Si vous êtes l’une de ces personnes, je peux vous dire que, selon le livre, vous vous êtes enfui d’une vie positive. Ce n’est pas que vous ne devriez pas écouter les autres et les laisser s’exprimer. Bien au contraire, il s’agit d’entendre les gens comprendre ce qu’ils ont à dire, puis d’analyser et d’émettre leurs propres opinions sur le sujet. Ainsi, vous serez en harmonie avec vous-même sans déranger l’autre.

8-Investir et cultiver les passions
Pour une vie cool, vous devez faire ce que vous aimez et apporter des valeurs à la vie des autres. C’est pourquoi l’une des étapes de ce livre consiste à investir si vous ne vous consacrez pas à ce que vous obtiendrez ce que vous voulez. mais investir et aussi cultiver les passions la passion apporte la folie et la folie est la forme de la détermination invincible. De cette façon, vous obtiendrez vos propres expériences

9-Améliorer les relations avec les autres
Comme il a été dit précédemment, dans une vie positive, la relation avec les autres est importante. Et pour cela vous avez quelques points à respecter
Accepter les autres tels qu’ils sont.
“Faites confiance aux autres jusqu’à la limite.
-Contrôlez votre communication.
-Respectez vos promesses.
-Augmenter votre fibre sociale.
Développer des interdépendances saines.

10-Planifiez les changements avec réalisme
Comment est-il possible que quelqu’un envisage d’acheter une maison pour 500 000 comme il a vue que le salaire minimum, il est juste incroyable? C’est donc ce qu’on appelle planifier sans réalisme.
Et parfois, le fait de la planification nous laisse croire que cela arrivera même un miracle. mais le pire est que nous sommes blessés de voir que ce qui ne va pas.

Ce sont donc les 10 étapes de Windy Dryden pour que vous puissiez avoir une vie positive et réussie.
