Moral do livro: Se você tem a flexibilidade da mente Enquanto sabendo como dizer não sem amassar o outro. E também se você souber tolerar a frustração e se tiver uma opinião crítica. É possível que você tenha uma vida positiva porque nada o impedirá.

Nesse livro é dito que sao 10 passos para a vida positiva que sao:

1- Aceitar a sua responsabilidade
Aceitar nao significar se abaixar na frente do outro nem se menosprezar tambem. Mas quado a gente aceitar a sua responsabilidade é tipo reconhecer que foi você que fez isso e que você assume. Sem perder sua confiança em si, sem ficar vergonhoso. Isso vai abrir as portas para as mudanças que todo mundo desejam.

2- A flexibilidade da mente
Quando alguem é flexivel da mente nao significa que ele é fraco, bem pelo contrario é uma pessoa que consegue aceita as opiniões dos outros e isso facilitar a comunicaçao. Quando o outro sente que as opiniões tem valor eles se sentem respeitados. Mas uma coisa é importante na flexiblidade é que você deve saber dizer não sem se justificar e tambem sem magoar o outro. Assim a relaçao com os outros vai estar no topo.

3- Aceitar a realidade
Aceitar a realidade é concordar que o que é feito já está feito, que não se deve forçar a si mesmo a trazer correção no ato. Nessas condições, você deve fazer uma pausa para respirar para ter a capacidade normal de pensar em um plano de solução correto.
Mas aceitar não significa “renunciar a si mesmo” porque não há como ter uma vida positiva resignando-se a si mesmo.

4-Tolerar a frustração
Tolerar a frustração não significa aceitar que alguém o frustra o tempo todo. Mas arme-se com coragem para passar no curso. Por exemplo, uma frase do autor é: Eu não gosto disso, mas posso suportar. Especialmente que você deve saber que o começo é sempre difícil então, você tem que engolir o começo graças à sua tolerância à frustração

5-Um olhar saudável em si mesmo
muitas pessoas gostam de se menosprezar porque elas acham que os outros tem mais qualidades do que eles. Enquanto todo mundo são diferentes um de outro e todo mundo precisa do do outro. Ao se menosprezando você pode começar a desenvolver a inveja o que é muito ruim. É por isso a importância de um olhar saudável em si mesmo onde você se aceita, se põe em valor, cuide-se e divirta-se.

6-Proteja as emoções negativas saudáveis.
Geralmente, Quando nos estamos em momentos difíceis a gente tem o habito de ignorar o lado negativo das coisas e se focar no positivo. Esse tipo de comportamento nos impede de aprender todas as lições que nossos problemas querem nos ensinar. Por isso tem que focar no problema inteiro e separar o que é bom e o que é ruim porque mesmo as piores coisas da vida pode nos trazer lindas lições para o futuro.

7-Tenha uma mente crítica e criatividade
Tem pessoas que sao tipo um receptor, eles só recebem não emitem nada. Se você é uma dessas pessoas eu posso te dizer que tu fugiu da vida positiva de acordo com o livro. Não é que você na deve ouvir os outros e deixar eles se expressar. Bem pelo contrario, é ouvir as pessoas entender o que elas tem a dizer e depois disso analisar e emitir suas próprias opiniões sobre o assunto. Assim você vai ser em harmonia com você mesmo sem incomodar o outro.

8-Investir-se e cultivar as paixões
Para uma vida legal tem que esta fazendo o que gostar e também trazer valores na vida dos outros. Por isso que um dos passos desse livro é investir se se você não se dedicar como que você vai atingir o que deseja. mas investir-se e também cultivar as paixões a paixão traz a loucura e a loucura é a forma de determinação invencível. Assim você vai conseguir as tuas proprias experiencias

9-Melhorar as relações com os outros
Como foi falado anteriormente, numa vida positiva a relação com os outros é importante. E para isso tem uns pontos a respeitar
-Aceitar os outros como que eles sao.
-Confiar nos outros com limite.
-Controlar a sua comunicação.
-Respeitar suas promessas.
-Aumentar a sua fibra social.
Desenvolver interdependencias saudaveis.

10-Planejar as mudanças com realismo
Como que é possível que alguém esta planejando de comprar uma casa de 500 mil a vista enquanto ele só tem o salario minimo, é inacreditável né? Então é isso que se chama de planejamento sem realismo.
E as vezes, o fato de planejar nos deixar acreditando que vai acontecer mesmo por milagre. mas o pior é que a gente ficar machucada ao vendo que isso não da certo.

Entao esses foram os 10 passos da Windy Dryden para que você pode ter uma vida positiva e de sucesso.
