   Moral of the book: If you have the flexibility of the mind While knowing how to say “no” without kneading the other. And also if you can tolerate frustration and have a critical opinion. You may have a positive life because nothing will stop you.

    In this book it is said that there are 10 steps to the positive life that are:

1- Accept your responsibility
Accepting does not mean lowering oneself in front of the other or being downtrodden as well. But when we accept your responsibility, it’s kind of recognizing that it was you who did it and who you assume. Without losing your confidence in yourself, without getting embarrassed. This will open the door to the changes that everyone wants.

2- The Flexibility of the Mind
When someone is flexible of the mind does not mean that he is weak, on the contrary it is a person who can accept the opinions of others and that facilitate the communication. When the other feels that opinions have value they feel respected. But one thing is important in flexiblity is that you should know how to say it without not justifying yourself and also without hurting the other. So the relationship with others will be at the top.

3- Accept the reality
To accept reality is to agree that what is done is already done, that one should not force oneself to bring correction in the act. Under these conditions, you should take a breather to have the normal ability to think of a correct solution plan.
But accepting does not mean “giving up on oneself” because there is no way to have a positive life resigning oneself.

4-Tolerating frustration
Tolerating frustration does not mean accepting someone frustrates you all the time. But arm yourself with courage to pass the course. For example, an author’s sentence is: I do not like it, but I can bear it. Especially you should know that the beginning is always difficult so you have to swallow the beginning thanks to your tolerance for frustration

5-A healthy look at yourself
many people like to belittle themselves because they think others have more qualities than they. While everyone is different from each other and everyone needs the other. When you scorn you can start to develop envy which is very bad. That is why the importance of a healthy look at yourself is where you accept yourself, put yourself in value, take care of yourself and have fun.

6-Protect healthy negative emotions.
Usually, when we are in difficult times we have the habit of ignoring the negative side of things and focusing on the positive. This kind of behavior prevents us from learning all the lessons our problems want to teach us. So you have to focus on the whole problem and separate what is good and what is bad because even the worst things in life can bring us beautiful lessons for the future.

7-Have a critical mind and creativity
There are people who are type a receiver, they only receive do not issue anything. If you are one of these people I can tell you that you ran away from positive living according to the book. It is not that you should not listen to others and let them express themselves.
